On December 31, China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced the "List of Typical Cases of Real-Data Integration in 2024," and XTOP3D's "Blu-ray 3D Scanning Tool" was successfully selected. This is an "Industrial 3D Digitalization" certification, signifying that XTOP3D's digital transformation case in the 3C electronics injection molding field has gained national recognition.
XTOP3D's "Blu-ray 3D Scanning Tool" was selected
Typical cases of real-digital integration are selected by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to meet the needs of deep integration between the real economy and the digital economy. Focusing on four directions, including digital transformation practices by leading enterprises, digital supply chain ecosystems, innovative leading applications of industrial internet platforms, and general-purpose tools and products for digital transformation, the selected cases feature strong innovation, good penetration, and broad coverage. They provide reference pathways for more regions and enterprises to apply next-generation information technology and strengthen and optimize the real economy.
About the Blue Light 3D Scanning System
Blue light 3D scanning is a high-precision dimensional measurement method. It works by projecting blue light gratings onto the surface of an object and using high-precision industrial cameras to capture the distorted grating images, thereby enabling 3D reconstruction of the object’s surface profile. After processing, a 3D data model of the object is obtained.
As a leader in 3D industrial inspection technology, XTOP3D has developed a comprehensive portfolio in the field of high-precision blue light 3D scanning inspection, including the XTOM-MATRIX Series Blue Light 3D Scanning System, the XTOM-COMBINE Series Small-Format Blue Light Area Scanning System, the XTOM-TRANSFORM Series Automated 3D Inspection System, and the XTOM-STATION Series Automated Inspection Center solutions. XTOP3D has also independently developed XTOM INSPECT 3D inspection software, providing integrated solutions for high-precision 3D scanning, 3D reverse engineering, and 3D inspection.
