3D blue light surface scanning system
Non-contact 3D measurement technology is primarily used to perform 3D scanning of an object's spatial shape and structure, obtaining the three-dimensional coordinates of the object's surface. It can scan a product's surface in 3D and convert it into STL 3D data. By importing the scanned 3D model into inspection software and comparing it with the original digital model, it generates intuitive and easy-to-understand inspection graphical reports for analyzing product tolerances.

Equipped with powerful hardware and algorithms, the scanned 3D model of the part has high detail sharpness and can accurately display various extremely small details, drawn structures, small radius surfaces (intake edge area) or hemming areas, etc.

Two sets of lenses, multiple hybrid scanning

The same device can be configured with two lens sets, allowing for flexible switching between different measurement formats, effectively balancing local detail and overall scanning efficiency.

It offers hybrid binocular and monocular scanning capabilities, enabling monocular scanning in difficult-to-scan blind spots like grooves and deep holes, as well as in confined spaces.

  • Triple Scan Technology

    Triple Scan Technology

    The projection unit and left and right cameras operate based on a triple-scan principle. During measurement, the projection head projects a precise fringe pattern onto the object's surface, while the two cameras record the fringe pattern distorted by the object. Three-dimensional surface points are calculated from the intersection of three different rays. This offers significant advantages when measuring surfaces with reflective surfaces, deep holes, or complex irregularities, ensuring more complete single-frame measurement data and more efficient measurement.

    The measurement head's projection unit utilizes narrow-band, thin-strip blue LED technology, combined with a camera filter unit to effectively eliminate ambient light interference. The high brightness of the light source enables the acquisition of 3D data on parts with non-matching surfaces in a short period of time.

    Triangulated meshing technology

    Adaptive point cloud sampling and mesh sharpening technology are used to better restore surface detail information of objects under the same camera resolution conditions, achieving accurate and complete reproduction of complex concave and convex surfaces.
Independently developed professional scanning and inspection software
XTOM system software integrates scanning and inspection capabilities, making it suitable for 3D measurement and analysis in quality control, product development, and production. XTOM software controls 3D scanners, collects high-precision 3D surface data, processes meshes, and generates 3D data models. This data is then used to import CAD data and perform necessary GD&T calculations to ensure product quality.
