High-precision, non-contact visual strain measurement instrument
The XTDIC-VG video extensometer is a non-contact, real-time strain measurement system based on digital image correlation (DIC). By capturing continuous images of the sample during loading, it tracks the marked object in real time, calculates various types of data such as the target's coordinates, displacement, and strain, and outputs measurement results and generates work reports.

Intelligent software

The XTDIC-VG video extensometer software supports high-speed, real-time processing of point, point-pair, and full-field strain data in 2D and 3D measurement scenarios. It also supports simultaneous measurement of multiple targets in the horizontal and vertical directions, and offers powerful data analysis capabilities. It allows browsing of historical test images, curves, and data. It supports real-time image saving, repositioning the gauge length, and recalculation, allowing for multiple analyses with a single measurement.
• Dynamic full-field strain monitoring
• Determination of material constitutive parameters
• Video extensometer functionality
