It automates measurement processes and offers advanced features such as interactive scan planning, robot path generation, and collision avoidance. This one-click automated 3D scanning process includes automatic scanning, part inspection, and report generation, enabling truly automated 3D scanning inspection.

Developed in-house by XTOP3D, the XTOM series software integrates scanning, inspection, and reporting capabilities. Nominal-actual comparisons and geometric tolerance analysis can be performed directly within the software. Measurement results are easy to interpret, facilitating the implementation of necessary corrective actions. The software performs comprehensive analysis, generates comprehensive reports, and integrates measurement results into existing processes.
