The small-format blue-light 3D scanner uses high-performance hardware modules and powerful 3D reconstruction algorithms. The model accuracy can reach up to 0.006mm, accurately displaying extremely small details, drawn structures, small radius curved surfaces (intake edge area) or hemming areas, etc.

Multi-range fast switching

The XTOM-COMBINE small-format photographic 3D scanner features two sets of high-resolution, precision measurement industrial lenses, allowing for quick and easy switching to meet diverse measurement requirements. With a minimum measurement area of 100mm x 75mm and a sampling point spacing of 0.025mm, it generates precise 3D meshes, enabling rapid and simple acquisition of high-quality 3D data.

The XTOM-COMBINE small-format blue-light 3D scanner software integrates scanning and inspection capabilities, making it ideal for 3D scanning and analysis during quality control, product development, and production. The XTOM software controls the 3D scanner, collects high-precision 3D surface data, processes meshes, and generates 3D data models. This allows for full-scale 3D inspection through CAD import and GD&T calculations.
