XTDIC-CONST 3D Full-Field Strain Measurement System
The XTDIC-CONST 3D full-field strain measurement system integrates Digital Image Correlation (DIC) and binocular stereo vision technologies. By tracking speckle patterns on the object's surface, it enables the measurement of 3D coordinates, displacement fields, and strain fields during the deformation process.
Provides 3D optical measurement solutions for applications such as dynamic deformation measurement of similar materials in mining engineering, research on rock properties, and simulation tests regarding roadway rockbursts and support systems.
XTOP3D XTDP 3D Optical Photogrammetry System
The XTOP3D XTDP system is suitable for static deformation analysis in the mining industry—such as analyzing the static deformation of model materials or testing the static deformation of complex structural components. By monitoring moving reference points under various loading conditions, the system determines the movement and deformation of specific areas on an object.
Compared to traditional total stations, the XTDP system offers simpler operation, higher precision, and greater efficiency in static deformation tests using similar materials; it enables the simultaneous measurement of all target points across the entire field of view and automatically calculates deformations.
XTOP3D will continuously enhance its competitiveness in the field of 3D optical measurement and refine its comprehensive solutions for the digital inspection of mining engineering projects. By engaging in industry-academia-research collaborations with top-tier domestic universities, the company aims to implement high-tech solutions and contribute to the advancement of digital inspection technologies for mining engineering.
