The DIC-3D non-contact 3D optical strain measurement system employs a non-contact measurement method and offers multiple operating modes to meet diverse requirements regarding testing rates, resolution, and measurement ranges. Unconstrained by material type, it is suitable for static or dynamic experiments on a wide variety of materials.

The non-contact strain measurement and analysis software features parametric capabilities; all data creation paths are integrated and stored within the software, ensuring that all strain measurement information is traceable and interconnected. Modifications, duplication, and reuse can be easily performed, with updates to changes and related information synchronized automatically.

The XTOP3D DIC full-field strain measurement system utilizes Digital Image Correlation (DIC) technology—an optical method for measuring mechanical strain in materials, also known in the industry as DIC image processing technology. This method tracks the deformation of a speckle pattern on an object's surface and calculates changes in the grayscale values ​​within the speckle region to derive data on surface deformation and strain. Depending on the speckle imaging method and the nature of the calculated results, DIC is categorized into 2D DIC and 3D DIC.
