As an experienced driver, are you aware of the facts regarding tire deformation? The XTOP3D DIC measurement system is used to measure tire deformation. Tires are crucial to vehicle operation, serving to bear loads, generate driving and braking forces, provide shock absorption, and enable changes in direction; it is precisely because of these vital functions that vehicles can travel safely, comfortably, and swiftly across various road surfaces.

A blue-light 3D scanner is used to scan the transmission housing, capturing registration points and 3D data. By comparing dimensions against the original design's 3D CAD model, an annotated map showing actual deviations in the manufactured housing is generated. The data is stored in an intuitive and convenient format, ensuring a satisfactory outcome for the client.
