Motion parameters measurement of helicopter rotor Inspection purpose Experiments were carried out on a 1:1 helicopter rotor tower to measure the deformations of rotor blades in motion and to calculate the motion parameters such as swing angle, swing angle and torsion angle. Detection model Inspection scheme The measuring head, high-brightness light source and photoelectric sensor are placed on the top of the rotor tower. The measuring head collects image information during the blade rotation process.The high-brightness light source is responsible for compensating light at high speed. The sensor is used to trigger the camera to collect data. Inspection process (1)Sticking marking points on blade surface; (2)Installation of measuring head, light source and sensor on top of rotor tower; (3)Rotating blade, sensor trigger camera to collect data; (4)Data calculation and analysis of motion parameters such as swing angle, swing angle and torsion angle Measurement result The following figure is the displacement diagram of the blade under a certain working condition. By analyzing the displacement and coordinate values, the changing trend of the swing angle, swing angle and torsion angle can be calculated, which provides a basis for the verification and design of the blade.
